5 Awesome Things To Do In Perth This Week

By Holly Nicholls - 27 Nov 2017

This week we’re making sure you’re feeling all sorts of jolly as we head into the Christmas season. Of course, food is on our minds and the markets in East Freo and in the city will be sure to fill you up just in time for all of the indoor plant goodness and an artsy exhibition by the young guns of Perth.

Here are 5 awesome things to do this week in Perth.

Wednesday 29 November

STACKFEST FOOD MARKET AT STACKWOOD

Oh Stackwood how you never cease to amaze us. This time round it’s with the launch of their Wednesday pop up dinners in the back courtyard. Head over from 5pm to pile up on all things by the Brazilian food truck masters, Comida do Sul. It’s also BYO for the win! All the info you need is here.

TWILIGHT MARKETS AT PERTH CITY FARM

Clearly, City Farm knows the way to our hearts. All the deliciously wholesome and healthy food that’s good for the earth and good for our tummies will be available on Wednesday night—what’s not to love? Head here for all the deets.

DIM SUM DEN NIGHT AT YOUNG GEORGE

East Freo’s Young George is starting up a new series of collaborative dinners and this Wednesday at 7pm they're teaming up with the chef and owner of Albany’s Liberté for a night of dumplings, rolls, noodles and all the dim sum and cocktails in between. Book your $140 ticket here and turn up hungry.

Thursday 30 November

HASS & CO BOTANICS OPENING IN LEEDERVILLE

Oxford Street's newest addition Hass & Co Botanics is opening up their first store this Thursday and we’re all invited to come and buy all of the indoor plants. At 10am surround yourself with all the beautiful things (and our fave team member, Misty the pooch!) Head here to read all about it.

ARTSHUM 2017 AT ECU MT LAWLEY

This Thursdays your chance to see what all those amazingly clever people at ECU’s School of Arts and Humanities have been working on all year and witness for yourself the brilliance in their annual exhibition. Check out all the details here.
