Sarah Millican—Outsider At The Perth Concert Hall
Sarah Millican is one funny lady. In 2008 she won the Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and in 2013 she was listed as one of the 100 most powerful women in the UK by Radio 4's Woman's Hour.
