Fremantle Is Putting On An Amazing Event For A Good Cause

If you missed out on tickets for Fremantle’s Long Table Dinner event, we’re guessing you’re probably feeling a bit sorry for yourself right about now. Well, you can go ahead and turn that frown upside down because we have good news—there are loads of other reasons to head to Freo on 29 November, and they’re all for a good cause.

One event you won’t want to miss is happening just one street away from the Long Table Dinner, at stunning local cafe Moore & Moore. They’re throwing their very own cocktail dinner party, and guess what? You’re invited. For just $90 per person you’re in for a night of live entertainment, a cocktail on arrival, three complimentary drinks, and a delicious three-course dinner of canapes, signature dishes and dessert. Sound good? It gets better. Not only are you in for a fancy night out, you’ll get to go home feeling warm and fuzzy knowing that all the profits will be donated to help homeless and people at risk of homelessness in the Fremantle area.

But wait, there’s more. Along with Moore & Moore’s fabulous fundraising event, there will be a whole host of free entertainment and activities happening around town. For starters, Henry Street is set to come alive with heaps of local market stalls, Christmas goodies, musicians, and roaming entertainment by Circus WA. And our pals at The National Hotel will be putting on a spectacular light show up at the Roundhouse, ramping things up with live music from at 8pm. Did we mention these things are happening for free? We did, but mentioning it twice never hurt anybody.

In true Fremantle style, the whole community has rallied together for this great cause, with local businesses donating items for auction and sponsoring the event. The night will definitely be one to remember, not to mention a seriously good way to kick off your festive season.
