Perth, it's finally time to get excited about the brand new late night cocktail and whiskey lounge, Goody Twos, which is opening its doors at Hibernian Place THIS weekend.
Goody Twos is brought to us by Andy Freeman (the legend who owns Hadiqa—which is just upstairs from Goody Twos—not to mention Caballitos, Big Bopper, The Flour Factory and Varnish on King) and Eamon Sullivan and Scott Bridger—the power duo behind Bib & Tucker and May Street Larder. Not a bad combo if you ask us.
Think live music, cocktails, more than 100 Japanese whiskeys and authentic Japanese bites and you're on the right track.
Scott Bridger is the man behind the menu, and if you've ever eaten at Bib & Tucker or May Street Larder you'll be excited beyond belief to hear that.
The menu is small but packs a punch, with Japanese flavours and local WA produce to wow your taste buds. Whether you're absolutely starving or just want something to nibble on, Goody Twos has got you sorted thanks to their Tasting Experience set menu—which you can get with matching Japanese drinks—the bar menu or the late night menu.
You'll be able to enter straight from Hibernian Place, but our preferred method of entry will be the elevator from Hadiqa after a little rooftop cocktail there to kick your night off. Don't mind if we do.
Goody Twos will be opening its doors to the good people of Perth from 10pm this Friday. After that, opening hours will be 5pm until midnight on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 5pm until late on Fridays and Saturdays.
