The Mary Street Bakery crew is continuing to take over Perth, this time with a brand new Mary Street Bakery in City Beach.

After opening Tiny's at QV1, Offshoot at Hibernian Place and Panama Social in Northbridge all in the past 12 months, you'd think they deserve a bit of a break. But instead, they have been busy working to bring their salted caramel doughnuts and fried chicken pancakes just a little bit closer to the seaside.

They'll be setting up shop in the spot that used to be Park & Vine at The Boulevard Shopping Centre in City Beach, so they'll be neighbouring The Pantry by Miss Chow's, The Groper and His Wife and plenty of other delicious foodie options.

Expect the same calibre of brunch, bread, pastries and coffee, just in a shiny new location.

Word on the street is they'll be open by the end of this week, but keep an eye on their Facebook page for all the details.

Until then, check out all the other new openings in Perth.
