If you’re anything like us, whenever you see a home open sign you’re filled with a sudden urge to cancel whatever you’re doing and head inside for a sneak peek.
So, you’ll be super excited to know that Open House Perth is back this November and the line up of houses, hidden treasures and normally private properties that are swinging open their doors is b-e-a-utiful!
In its sixth year, Open House Perth will shine a giant light on the architectural feats of our lovely city—from Charter Hall’s St George’s Square office building and Etica Studio’s nature-inspired hide-away in East Perth, to the gorgeous West Australian Ballet Centre and Freo’s tiny house on wheels, Keanu Breeze. This year there's a big focus on quality built small footprint homes and sustainable designs, so if you're considering taking on your own grand design (or baby grand design) Open House Perth will give you plenty of ideas to run with.
It’s all going down from Saturday 11 to Sunday 12 November, there are over 100 properties open for snooping around and best of all, the entire festival is free, so head here and plan your day—around pit-stops at Perth’s best cafes and coffee shops, of course.
When: Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 November
Where: Various locations around Perth
