Yep, it's that time of year again. WA's Beer and Beef Festival is back and we are drooling already. Sadly, because of the rain, the night markets on Thursday night are off, so don't go rocking up to Elizabeth Quay tomorrow night or you'll be sorely disappointed. But fret not, Friday through to Monday will be full to the brim with all the best brews and beef you could dream of.
As well as the masterclass from Gusface Grillah on how to make the perfect burger, we're also pretty excited about the degustation platter from Angel Falls Grill which is loaded with all of the smoked meats, sides, and sauces, and you can bet your bottom dollar we'll be chowing down on at least a dozen pan-fried beef dumplings from the legends at Miss Chow's.
After you've crossed those off your list, you should check out the beer and cheese pairing masterclass—because wine and cheese is so 2016...
Once you've got a bit of room back in your stomach, head to El Argentino for a truckload of beef loaded with their famous chimimayo. Then finish things off with the stout and Bahen chocolate brownie from The Stables.
