As the slightly sweeter and more exotic brother of the humble potato, sweet potatoes are just as delicious when battered and fried (how did we not realise this sooner?) and they’re popping up on menus all around Perth. Packed with a good dose of vitamin A and plenty of fiber—they’re also somewhat healthy for you, or at least we like to tell ourselves they are.
Here are a few of our favourite spots to find the best sweet potato fries in Perth.
