Frisk! Small Bar is at it again, but this time they’re bringing everyone’s favourite magical carb into the mix! Spuds! We love 'taters so much that it’s impossible to choose the best way to enjoy them. Obviously hot chips are right up there, but then again it’s pretty hard to go past a duck-fat roasted potato or a giant plate of gnocchi. But you know what might just beat all of these? Hot cheesy potatoes, of course.
A baked potato filled with delicious melty cheese, topped with melted garlic butter and all sorts of other delicious goodies—where do we sign up? There are seven flavour combos, from butter, black salt and herbs to prosciutto, truffle ricotta and garlic butter, and there is even a gorgonzola, mushroom, rocket and feta combo for the blue cheese fiends out there.
Once you’ve settled on your hot cheesy potato flavour, you’ll want a drink or three, so why not grab a gin, wine or beer platter for a measly $20. Each one has three variations of your chosen drink, and you’ll want to taste all three so don’t even think about sharing.
This magical evening is happening every Wednesday from 24 May to 21 June and spots are limited so you’ll need to hit them up on Facebook to reserve your spud!
And ICYMI, Frisk is pet-friendly so take your pooch (or your cat if you’re that way inclined), grab a blanket or a spot next to their heater and dig in.
