Harbour Wine Bar

Tewantin

Located on the Noosa Marina is the ever-bustling Harbour Wine Bar. This top-notch wine bar is home to live music most nights of the week and a great selection of wine to boot. Their food menu showcases local seafood, so you know that pairs well with anything you're drinking, especially when you’re watching the sun go down over the Marina. Pull up a seat, enjoy a glass of primo vino at Harbour Wine Bar and enjoy the toe-tapping goodness on offer.

Apero Wine Bar

Noosaville

If you don’t mind dipping into the piggy bank for a nice glass of wine (or bottle), look no further than Noosaville’s Apero. Apero is all about celebrating the European tradition of catching up with a friend for an aperitif and a bite to eat. Their extensive, meticulously-curated, ten-page long wine list draws on wines from all over the world and is the perfect complement to any long chat and Mediterranean-inspired share dish. Just across the road from the Noosa River, stroll on into their Euro-chic bar, as Apero Wine Bar only accepts walk-ins.

Locale Noosa

Noosa

While Locale isn't strictly a wine bar, the wine list at this Noosa favourite is truly epic. It skews Italian—as you’d expect—but with plenty of Aussie and New Zealand options to make you feel at home. There’s a reasonable price range if you don't want to spend too much and the expert staff can help you out if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the choices. Grab a seat in the moody, dimly lit bar, and order by the glass or by the bottle, with some frittelle on the side. Locale is a must-visit when in Noosa.

Sails Wine Bar

Noosa

Tucked away discretely behind  Massimos Ice Creamery on Main Street, Sails Wine Bar is undoubtedly one of the Sunshine Coast's best wine bars. Pop into this chilled supper club lounge for a pre-drink before you head out for the night, and we promise you’ll have trouble leaving. Their wine list is extensive, boasting one of the best cellars in Queensland, so this is the spot to impress your date with that rare bottle of Grange you’ve been saving up for. Inside this cellar under separate key are the world’s finest wines including labels such as Henschke, Penfolds Grange, Salon, Chateau Margaux and a vintage selection of Domaine Romanee Conti. It’s also available for private hire, so if you want to feel oh-so-exclusive, book it in for your next event.

Atelier

Noosa Heads

Specialising in French and Italian drops, Atelier’s rare and premium wines are made to be shared. They utilise a Coravin preservation system, so you can enjoy the wine usually reserved for the upper echelons of society in 75 and 150ml pours—so no need to buy the bottle. Drop into their intimate—and seriously gorgeous—space in Noosa Heads, complete with open wine shelves and a 16-seater French oak table for you and yours. Make a reservation here.

Theo’s Social Club

Noosa Heads

Just up the road from Atelier, you can find Theo’s Social Club. Taking strong French and Italian influence in both their food and drink menu and the streetside setting, Theo’s is an inspired bar with a unique lineup of wines. Inside, you can find a rotating reserve list, made up of low-intervention wines of tiny allocations. Score a streetside table and watch the sun set surrounded by fairy lights while you sip a fine wine and nibble on charcuterie or find a seat by the bar and immerse yourself in the hustle of the bar. You can’t go wrong at this stunning Noosa Heads wine bar.

250 Grammi

Noosaville

It would appear that Noosa is the home of all things wine. This up-vibe, authentic Italian restaurant is situated across from the Noosa River and is open until late—European style—so you can soak in those river views well into night. As the sun sets however, you may want to turn your attention to their wine list. Using the same preservation system as Atelier, 250 Grammi has wines on offer for any budget. Full of Australian and New Zealand wines as well as French and Italian reserves, their wine list isn’t to be scoffed at. Oh, and while you’re not scoffing, look at their antipasti menu—delicious.

Miss Moneypenny’s

Noosa

There’s no wrong time to head to Miss Moneypenny’s for a glass of wine—after a tough day at work, late on a Friday night, or for a cheeky Sunday sesh, you’re guaranteed pumping tunes, an awesome wine list, and a buzzing atmosphere. There’s a huge range of wines by the glass and the bar menu will keep those hunger pangs at bay.

Noosa Boathouse

Noosaville

Nab yourself the best spot in Noosa with a million dollar view from the Sunset Bar on the top deck of Noosa Boathouse. Order up some glasses of wine, oysters and a next-level cheese plate, and feel sorry for everyone on ground level.

Pier 33

Mooloolaba

If you want to sip your wine in one of the best waterfront spots on the Sunshine Coast, head to Pier 33 at the Mooloolaba Marina. This white-washed Hamptons-style bar overlooks the water so you can drool over all the yachts you wish you had. We recommend you secure a seat in the outdoor lounge area to watch the sunset with a glass of Pinot Gris.

26 Degrees
Caloundra

This elevated poolside bar boasts stunning views and we love it enough that you have to visit. Once reserved exclusively for guests, 26° Bar & Venue is the signature bar at Caloundra’s Rumba Beach Resort and has undergone a stunning transformation. The result? A stylish new bar and event space that slings up show-stopping cocktails, fine wine and nibbles to boot. If that hasn’t already convinced you, 26° Bar & Venue hosts regular weekend bar events, with some of the Coast’s best live music, and daily happy hours. We’ll drink to that.
