Hot cross bun alert! Firefly is taking our favourite seasonal bun and making a mess of it, a right delicious mess. Our mouths are watering over the tailored treat by chef Zac Stanning, with his take on the old favourite: a toasted hot cross bun stuffed with layers of callebaut chocolate and mascarpone infused with house berry aged sherry, drizzled with melted chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. Take our money. This deliriously delicious dessert will feature on the menu alongside the Pigges Peak Dessert Shiraz for the week so lock a day in.

It must truly be the sweet season because there isn’t anything sweeter than free doughnuts! ICYMI Little Sydney kicked off last weekend and we’re going back for more! If you thought this was your average day at the races, you haven’t been clued in on the foodie precinct inside. The Streets Wine Tasting Tour
As the weather begins to chill, we adapt and chill our wine. Get in the swishing ‘n’ sipping season on a wine tasting tour around the streets of Barangaroo hitting up some of the best new hot spots. With a choice of two tours, they cater to all wine drinkers, whether you’re the ultimate wine aficionado (who most likely owns an aerator), the connoisseur’s tour is for you.
