Oktoberfest in Sydney

This weekend in Sydney we’ve got something for everyone, whether that be babies or beer drinkers, picnic lovers or shopaholics, active wear enthusiasts or party divas. We’ve rounded up the best things to see, drink and do so that all you have to worry about is having the best weekend ever.

Thursday 22nd September

Spring Social Returns To The Galeries

The Galeries are celebrating spring with a touch of Zen this weekend, transforming the precinct into a Japanese Zen garden, showcasing exclusive menus, performances and artist demonstrations. We hear that Black Star Pastry have collaborated with N2 Extreme Gelato (all star combo right?!) to create some finger-licking feeds, as well as drawing demonstrations by inking A-listers ‘Little Tokyo’, who have tattooed the likes of Ed Sheehan and Sam Smith. Grab your clippers and learn how to trim a bonsai tree with Penjing Australia, or catch ALPHAMAMA bringing down some soul and hip-hop from the recharge station. This Thursday is the perfect time to pick up some of Lotus’ famous mandarin ice cream from their edible garden and bring in spring with a touch of Zen.
