A Gin Garden Is Popping Up In Sydney!

By Phoebe McRae - 03 Mar 2017

Summer might have officially ended in Sydney, but the fun’s just getting started. We all know the only way to deal with the fact that life is about to become all about coats, scarfs and heating, is to bask in what’s left of the sunshine. Introducing—Bombay Sapphire's Project Botanicals Gin Garden Pop Up in the city.

Set against the harbour backdrop that Sydney is oh-so famous for, this open-air bar will offer a selection of Bombay Sapphire creations from some of the best in the biz. We know you’re excited (we are too), because this means enjoying the last of the warmth (picnic-style), listening to beats from DJs like Thandi Phoenix, Scotty Cal and Dick Cosmic (as well as live acts on weekends) as you sip on pure gin magic.

Expect botanically inspired cocktails like the paradise lost by The Rook team (think Bombay Sapphire, De Kuyper Crème de Cacao White, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino, fresh orange, Hell Fire Bitters & Martini Prosecco) or The Barber Shop’s pumpkin & it (aka roast pumpkin infused Bombay Sapphire, roast almond infused Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino, a dash of celery bitters & dehydrated pumpkin) and for those after something a little stronger, you can’t look past the angelica negroni.

After the sell-out success of Project Botanicals sensory dining experience, this is one event not to miss. It’s time to gather the crew and get ready for what’s bound to be one hell of garden party.
