If you’re still dreaming about those balmy Palm Springs Coachella days that you were, ahem, sadly not a part of in April, we’re about to make your day. To celebrate Good Food Month this October, a Palm Springs pop-up is headed to Sydney and you better believe it will bring an epic food-filled line-up with it. Introducing Hyde Park Palms.
They’re taking the Palm Springs vibes next level, with a lush fit out by Caroline Beresford Designs involving pastel pinks and cacti at every turn (at least we can hope), plus an epic line-up. Start preparing your belly for brunch feasts courtesy of Australia’s best chefs, a Cali-Mexican party by Dan Hong and Acme’s Mitch Orr (that’s a one collab we can’t wait to get around), and dinner with chefs like Marco Pierre White (we promise he’ll play nice) and Neil Perry, plus Retro Sweat morning dance classes to work it all off (before you do it all again).
ICYMI, the return of Good Food Month also means everyone’s fave festival, The Night Noodles Markets, returning for yet another year. Expect Sydney’s best taking it to the park, with Din Tai Fung, Indu, Mr Bao and the always delicious Gelato Messina bringing the goods.
