A Whisky And Scotch Egg Pop-Up Is Happening In Sydney

By Ange Law
19th May 2017

Major news Sydney—Dewar’s, the most awarded blended Scotch whisky in the world, has brought delicious scotch eggs to Sydney. Again. And this time, in two locations. Excited? Yeah you are. For the rest of the month they’ll be hanging out at the Dewar’s Scotch Egg Club and you owe it to yourself to get down there.

Ditching the Scottish stereotypes of bagpipes, kilts and haggis, the Dewar’s Scotch Egg Club pays homage to the unique and delicious combination that is whisky and the coveted scotch egg. ICYMI ACME’s Mitch Orr is taking care of the eggs so you know you’re in egg-cellent hands #sorrynotsorry.

Your scotch egg is filled with the Dewar’s 12 Whisky and lovingly paired with cocktails—because you’ve damn well earned it. If you'd prefer a more hands-on approach (get your minds out of the gutter, people) then sign up for one of their whisky master classes, which are happening at Websters Bar every Thursday and Friday. Tickets are $35 and you can grab your ticket here

The details:

When: Monday 10 July – Sunday 31 July
Where: Websters Bar - 323 King Street, Newtown and Crooked Tailor - 250 Old Northern Road, Castle Hill
Cost: Free
