An Algerian Café Is Opening In Sydney

A new café has popped up at the MCA and it is combining modern Australian with Algerian flavours until 30 July.

Inspired by their latest exhibition by artist Kader Attica, which is hanging out on level one of the museum, the menu is full of hearty dishes that will keep your cold belly nice and warm throughout winter. Variety is king, with meaty dishes and vegetarian options alike but we can’t stop talking about lamb kafta (with a fennel, mint, feta and pomegranate salad) and merguez sausage rice balls (with capsicum, saffron and almond cream). Just sayin’.

The menu will be available until 30 July and the café is open every damn day of the week—so get on it, guys. The café is open 7 days, 10am - 4pm (until 9pm on Wednesdays).

The details:

What: Algerian Menu at MCA Cafe
