There’s one time of the day that us Sydney-slickers love the most. In case you hadn’t guessed (who are you?) we’re talking about brunch. That glorious crossover between breakfast and lunch that allows a few more hours of sleep and always offers up the best food.

If you’re keen for excessive amounts of alcohol and tasty eats to snack on between sips, then grab your squad, it’s time you had a bottomless boozy brunch.

Now that we’re all (kind of) adults, it’s time to step up our brunch game. That means booze infused feasts. You’re right, we honestly just like drinking all the wine and when you can get unlimited refills, we seriously can’t say no.

Brace you bellies, here are the best spots for a bottomless boozy brunch!

Darlo Country Club

Darlinghurst

If Saturday’s weren’t already your favourite day of the week, they’ll definitely be the day to look out for. Yep, our fave Californian, high volume cocktail bar is your go-to for all things well, booze (and delicious food, obvs). Darlo Country Club brings a bit of decadence to dining and drinking, with its high ceilings, linen panelling and pastel decor. Plus we’re pretty sure a breadbasket filled with smoking guns bagels, Nutella French toast with cornflake crumble and whipped butter sounds like an epic idea. Especially when it’s sided with all the Moet & Chandon you can handle.

Shangri-La

CBD

Altitude Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney is nothing short of seriously incredible when it comes to altitude dining (see what we did there?). Free flowing stunning views of the harbour? Check. Free-flowing mimosas? Check. Step up your brunch game with a super luxe mid-morning feast to end all feasts equipped with waffles, pancakes, seafood and salad. Did we mention free flowing mimosas?

Royal Hotel Paddington

Paddington

Boozy brunches are always made so much better with a touch of alfresco dining. We’re talking sitting on the Royal Hotel’s wrap-around verandah, doing a bit of people watching and catching a solid birds-eye view of the bustle along Paddington streets and lanes. Oh, and scoring bottomless bellinis with epic brunch nosh. We’re talking seasonal fresh fruit, pastries, coconut chia pots and all the sourdough.

Champagne Room

Surry Hills

If there’s one thing we’re good at, it’s conquering really long brunches. And we’re really great at doing this on the weekend, with lots and lots of wine. That’s why three courses and three hours of bottomless bellinis will no doubt be your next port-of-call come the end of the week. Celebrate yet another 5 days of successful adulting, with porcini arancini and goats cheese, scones with cream and homemade jam, the tastiest wagyu sliders around and top it all off with a champagne spider tower. Oh yes, it’s even better than it sounds.

Kensington Street Social

Chippendale

If you’re going to be sipping and snacking for a fair while, Kensington Street Social is the place to do it. Rendered out in a big beautiful warehouse space, it’s safe to say you’ll hardly get sick of your surroundings here. With an endless supply of sparkling wine (these guys must have an actual well of the stuff), we guarantee you’ll be smitten with the seriously good brunch menu because prawn toast and spiced lamb flatbread. That’s why.

Dead Ringer

Surry Hills

Dead Ringer's bottomless brunch is the best thing to hit Surry Hills since their In-N-Out burger pop up last year. Serving up anything but eggs and smashed avo (think tomato and ricotta tart, roasted lamb ribs and duck rillettes) this is exactly the kind of place you want to spend your weekend days, sipping mimosas while people watching.

Hosting your very own? Here's how to through an epic brunch.
