First, it was America’s best hot dogs landing in Sydney’s west and now some of our best burgers are about to call Parramatta home.
The man behind Burger Project, Neil Perry, is bringing his delicious burgers Westside to Parramatta’s vertical village next year.
Expect the complete Burger Project offering with 10 different burgers, including the droolworthy spicy fried chicken katsu and the classic fries, obviously, and their range of ice cream desserts that we quite frankly can’t get enough of, like the bounty hunter of vanilla bean ice cream, toasted coconut and crushed meringue. You can wash it all down with shakes, house sodas and the best part, a small, hand-selected list of wines and beers, because there is nothing more decadent than a cheeseburger and a glass of vino.
Burger Project Parramatta is set to open in 2017.
