Back for another year, a four-course crab and cocktail extravaganza is coming to Sydney, and it’s going to be epic. It’s all thanks to Manta Restaurant & Bar, so yes, that does mean that you’ll be treated to views of the harbour from Woolloomooloo while you eat all of the delicious crabby things.
The menu includes blue swimmer crab lasagne and fried Alaskan king crab claw, which’ll go quite nicely with the salted caramel espresso martini you definitely ordered. You can thank Executive Chef Daniel Hughes for that little stroke of genius.
