You can forget about #cleaneating and working on your summer body in winter because Concept Burger has fiiiiiinally opened in Sydney, and you’re going to want to eat alllll of the calories.
Bought to you by Tomislav Martinovic, former chef at Five Points (so you know it’s going to be good), get ready to wrap your lips around 7 god damn delicious burgers inspired by flavours from all over the globe.
From the Chinese burger, filled with spiced fired chicken, Szechuan pepper, celeriac slaw, baby cos lettuce and fermented chilli paste, to the Argentinian, with beef, smoked paprika, cheese, chimichurri sauce, grilled eggplant and chipotle chillies, we strongly suggest you try one of everything.
We’re also drooooling over the Japanese tempura fish burger, but the classic Canadian with beef, American cheese, maple glazed bacon, lettuce and Dijon mustard is always a good idea.
Serving house made potato crisp, tempura onion rings and five spiced fried chicken; you might as well head here every night of the week.
