A Crab Carnival Is Happening In Sydney RN

The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room is known for their delicious seafood and epic banquet menus and this month, they’re upping the ante with their annual Crab Carnival that will (surprise, surprise) see you feasting on all and any crab dish you can imagine.

The menu, by Culinary Director Sean Connolly, will keep crab lovers very happy, with dishes for one, like soft-shell crab burgers or crab ravioli. There are more substantial dishes for two if you’re into that kind of thing (of course you are) and we’ve got our eyes on the chilli mud crab because we all know that's what dreams are made of.

We can’t forget about the drinks though and while you could just opt for a simple little golden ale—you should probably order the Crabby Mary cocktail. It’s called When Crabby Met Mary, and if that isn’t enough to sway you, then this will be—it’s made from their house Bloody Mary mix, Ketel One vodka and crab claw.

It’s all kicking off today and will be running through to Sunday 15 April, so there’s plenty of time for you to head down to The Morrison multiple times, for every single crabby dish.
