The beginning of the week is clearly the best time for some boozy whisky blending.
One of our all-time favourite establishments, MS.G’s is hosting two nights full of bespoke cocktails and chef collabs. Yep, this modern Asian dining joint in Potts Point is home to The Blend series—which is basically a big whisky bash hosted by chef and all-around awesome dude Dan Hong and a roundup of next-level international chefs.
First off, Dan brought over chef Kris Yenbamroong from LA's Night + Market's (basically one of the tastiest spots in Venice Beach).
This time around, he's imported Louis Tikaram from West Hollywood's E.P & L.P, as well as Jowett Yu of Ho Lee Fook in Hong Kong. So it's going to be big, to say the least.
You can expect Chivas Regal cocktails all night long, each paired perfectly with a set menu of seriously good party snacks. Go for the grilled rib eye with XO sauce or the pork dumplings with chilli oil, sesame and Sichuan pepper.
