Big news Sydney. A one-day Filipino foodie pop-up is on its way and we’re pretty damn excited for this one. It’s the first ever major collab between some of our city’s top Filipino restaurants which means hell yeah, you need to get around this one.

Among the drool-worthy line-up is Mate Burger and if you haven’t tried their longganisa burger with pork, pickled papaya, cucumber and egg… shame on you. You’ll also find Hanmade Desserts churning out silvanas and sansrival like there’s no tomorrow (think a wholeeeee lotta buttercream and yes, we’re ready to go HAM on these morsels), Taratods Pork Belly and Sydney Cebu Lechon, infamous for serving up juicy lechon by the kilo. To top it off, the crew at Donut Papi will be poppin’ out the sweet stuff to bust that donut fix, with a few limited edition flavours you *need* to try.
