Sydney, you never seem to let us down. World Whisky Day at The Cut Bar & Grill
We know World Whisky Day was last Saturday, but why not keep the celebrations going? The Cut Bar & Grill is hosting an intimate whisky dinner with Glenmorangie Whisky Ambassador, Garth Foster. They will be putting on a four-course dinner with matching whiskies, in their New York inspired venue. POP Innovation

Paddock to Plate dinner at Pei Modern
Pei Modern is continuing its Paddock to Plate series, this week hosting its third dinner, Ocean to Plate. Chefs, Mark Best and Joachim Borenius, are using sustainable local seafood and seasonal produce to create a four-course meal paired with Fishtales and McWilliam’s Wines. The local seafood includes Fraser Isle Spanner Crab, Kinkawooka Shellfish and Mt Cook Alpine Salmon that have been turned into scrumptious dishes.
