Pink Gin

Every Australian knows that there are three things you need to have the best summer ever. That’s good vibes, great music, and the perfect summer bev—obviously. Move over frosè and make way for *drumroll please* Pink Gin. Yep, PINK. GIN. As in, gin that’s PINK. Deep breaths, people!

We hear your anguished screams, though, asking, “where can I get one?!”. Well, Hotel Centennial is not only providing the refreshments, but they’re launching their very own summer party, Centennial Social, this Friday which also has you covered for the good vibes and great music all summer long. And yes, the pink gin will be in attendance.

To what do we owe the pleasure? Hotel Centennial has partnered with Four Pillars Gin and their resident mixologist to create these bespoke botanical pink and purple gin cocktails—just because they love us. There’s the garner (the best G&T, ever), the destiny (a pink gin spritz) and the mortley (a white Negroni). Word of warning, though, you won’t see them anywhere but Centennial Social every Monday to Friday, 5-7pm. So add it to your diary and start planning your pink gin coordinating outfits, stat.

As if this couldn’t get any better, Centennial Social will also be featuring wine and spirit specials along with a mouth-watering food menu, because if there’s anything better than an #Aesthetic cocktail, it’s food.  Oh, and DJ Alice Q playing summer beats every Friday through to Christmas.

So don’t let yourself get FOMO, tag the gang who you’re taking to Centennial Social this Friday night and start summer right with these bespoke gin cocktail dreams.
