We can already confirm that next year is going to be an absolute corker because Harry Potter will be screening in Sydney—with a whole damn orchestra. Again. Yep, for three glorious days in April, you’ll be able to pretend it’s 2001 when Warner Brothers brought our favourite wizard to screens everywhere and made all of our magical dreams come true.

For the third time, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra will replace (the already epic) soundtrack, so anyone who has ever called you basic for LOVING Harry Potter can bugger right off. This is culture at its finest, people.

Tickets aren't available just yet (they'll go on sale Friday 13 October) but if last year is anything to go by, they'll go damn fast. We suggest you book ASAP or risk missing out.

The details:

What: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
When: Wednesday 18 – Friday 20 April 2018
Where: Sydney Opera House
Cost: TBC

If you're looking for things to do in Sydney between now and then, head here.
