There is no such thing as too much hummus in our books, which is why we are so damn excited about Nour. It’s the newest Lebanese restaurant set to open in Sydney this month and there isn’t just your classic fare happening here, but that doesn’t mean that the contemporary offerings won’t be authentic. Because they will be, okay?
Nour is Arabic for ‘light’, which is fitting since the space is bright and light filled, with wooden accents that play on the contemporary Middle Eastern style of the restaurant itself.
The team that brought us winners like Cuckoo Callay are behind Nour and owners, Ibby Moubadder and Ella Harris are committed to their food philosophy that revolves around presenting classic Lebanese flavours in fresh and exciting ways. Sounds good to us!
Nour is set to open at 3/490 Crown Street, Surry Hills on Wednesday 28 September.
