Bed Cinema Sydney

Why this took so long we aren’t sure, but when we heard there was finally a place that took our love affair of watching movies in the cushiony comfort that is our favourite place on earth, as well as making it socially acceptable to share this love with others all while keeping things G-Rated, we needed to book tickets stat.

The PicNic Cinema is answering the comfort longings of Sydney film lovers this April when it sets up its duvets in Parramatta. From Friday 8th April you can get snuggly under the covers and create BBF insta pics to make Kendall and Gigi jealous as you enjoy both international and local films under the stars. Bookings are essential for this one with only 100 bed spots available per film, otherwise it’s on to the grass with you, unless, of course, someone let’s you scooch in beside them

And if there’s one thing that can make movies in bed even better it’s quality snacks, and PicNic Cinema are bringing the gourmet goods with up to 20 pop-up restaurants dishing up international street food, honouring the origin of the films show from as far afield as Argentina and France, with beer and wine as well. And there will be music.

With so much excitement you’ll definitely need a lie down.
