You’ll get to wander through food stalls being the wanderlusting foodie you are, learn from the best in a series of masterclasses, sample all the goodies and drink all the epic vino until you turn into a tipsy delight #adulting. And beer drinkers can rest assured, there’s a number of crafties to keep you satisfied too.
And where is this glorious pop-up Semillon and oyster bar taking place? Right on the sandy shores of Avalon. Hosted by four of the region’s leading winemakers and vignerons, you’ll find the Hunter Valley’s iconic Semillon variety paired with Sydney Rock Oysters (you know, the best kind). And you guessed it; that means you’ll be sipping on the good stuff while scoffing oysters at the very same time.
This bad boy goes until the late afternoon so we think you’ll be sippin’ on some local tipple and downing oysters as the sun goes down and that’s a pretty perfect way to end your weekend.
