A big fat foodie paradise is coming to Sydney again this November and you’re not going to want to miss out. This year the Taste of Sydney Collective has announced a 36-chef line-up, all bringing us incredibly tantalising experiences that will make our taste-buds dance.

Each day is jammed packed of amazing events held by chefs from iconic restaurants like ACME, Bodega 1904, North Bondi Fish and that’s really only a small dose of the calibre. But let’s cut to the chase, here’s everything you should try at Sydney Taste Collective:

Skye Gyngell’s Slow Cooked Shoulder Of Lamb

For a melt-in-your-mouth type affair, the Sydney born and highly acclaimed British chef’s succulent lamb shoulder served with fermented tomato and crème fraiche is sure to be a standout.

Matt Lindsay’s Blood Sausage Sanga

Ester’s Mat Lindsay will bring a twist on the famous blood sausage sanga that helped him win a ranking in the World’s Best 50 Restaurant list. This flavoursome snack is made up of a blood sausage sandwiched between two soft, perfectly toasted pieces of bread.

Jessi Singh’s Samosa Slider with Curry Gravy

Having just opened Don’t Tell Aunty in Surry Hills a few weeks ago, this feed is well on our radar. Jessi is bringing his modern Indian flair to Taste Collective with a one of a kind samosa slider and curry seasoned fries and just so you now, it’s damn bloody delicious.

Andy Bowdy’s Vanilla Slice Sundae 

Andy Bowdy from Saga, known for his cakes that are as equally beautiful as they are delicious, has every sweet tooth at the festival covered. Everyone’s favourite slice just got an upgrade and yeah, it’s as beautiful as his sweet concoctions always are.

Mitch Orr’s ‘Halal Snack Pack’

ACME’s Mitch Orr, is taking the Halal Snack Pack to a new level with a Jack’s Creek Wagyu tartare topping. This twist on the famous HSP is ridiculously tasty and we’re hell glad it’s come into our lives.

Held at the Cutaway in scenic Barangaroo, you know they’re going to turn this location into a heavenly utopia on food, drinks and music. But you better get in quick to snap up some tix. Jump over here for your tickets.
