Taste of Sydney in partnership with Electrolux has just announced they’re gearing up to do it all again in 2017. Not only are they bringing some of the best chefs in the country along for the ride, they’re also bringing all of the food samples.
The line up is pretty epic, with some of Sydney’s favourite restaurants—and their chefs—ready to serve up as much of their delicious food as you can handle. We’re talking goodies from Bouche on Bridge and their main man Harry Stockdale-Powell, Spanish-inspired Mercado, with head chef and co-owner Nathan Sosi, as well as Guillame Brahimi with his much-loved restaurant, Four in Hand by Guillaume. For dessert, you’ll settle in at nel. sweet shop, who will deliver those naughty little sweet treats we all love.
It’s important for you to know that Taste of Sydney isn’t all about the eating of the food, but also the making of the food. The Lurpak Cookery School is returning again this year, with guest chefs running a series of 30-minute masterclasses, whilst over at the Electrolux Chefs' Secrets you’ll be treated to a more intimate, hands-on masterclass with some of your fave Aussie chefs.
If you don’t feel like getting your hands dirty head to the Electrolux Taste Theatre instead, and watch as the professionals make food magic happen. While you’re relaxing, there’ll also be live music and did we mention free food and drink samples?
We know we had you at free samples, so book your tickets now and book them here.
