Clear your calendar! One of Sydney’s favourite food festivals is coming back next month as part of the Good Food Month and we’re obviously talking about the Asian hawker style Night Noodle Market that sets up camp in Hyde Park every October.
This year, the noodle line-up game has definitely been upped, with the return of Mr Bao, Black Star Pastry and House of Crabs, along with the addition of Indu, Chur Burger and Din Tai Fung. There will be seating areas for every mood, so you can get up close and personal with chef appearances or food demonstrations, or chill out on the grass with alllllll of your noodles instead and the event is completely cashless, so you can spend less time in lines (the dream) and more time eating.
Come for the free entry and promise of delicious noodles - stay for the live DJs, dragon dancers who will light up the crowds and instas.
