The West Is About To Score Sydney’s Biggest Rooftop Bar

Sydney has just gone and got herself another rooftop bar, and this time it’s even bigger (and higher). The fun is happening over the bridge in Sydney’s new and constantly-growing CBD—yeah, we’re talking about Parramatta, but before you get too excited, the development at 8 Phillip Street won’t be throwing its doors open until 2020. We all know that Sydneysiders aren’t exactly known for their patience (you know it’s true), so we’ll all have to dig deep on this one—it’ll be worth it.

So far, this is what we know: the project will feature boutique accommodation from hotel geniuses, QT, so you can expect the same luxe facilities that they’re renowned for. We’re talking about spas, bars and epic restaurants. The main event is obviously the 600-seater rooftop bar (we know that’s why you’re all here), Studio 54, which will (you guessed it), sit on the 54th floor of the building.

All of this means that by 2020 you’ll be chilling on top of Sydney with the squad, looking out over unrivalled views of the Sydney CBD (the real one) and best of all—you’ll have a delicious cocktail in hand.

Stay tuned for more deets, because we’ll be all over this one (obvs).

In the meantime, hit up a few of our over fave rooftop bars.
