Like we needed another excuse to get out and amongst the wine this summer. Sydney has just scored another pop-up garden bar, and this time it’s nothing short of epic. Popping up on Victoria Lodge, Busby bar is your new summer go-to, overlooking the harbour, Opera House and all that other good stuff.

Open for brunch, lunch, grazing (the best of all meals) and a few cheeky ones in the evening, you can expect muffins, brownies and Double Roasters coffee. For something more substantial grab a sanga, a cheese plate or both, just make sure you leave room for ice cream.

With wine by Tyrrell’s from the Hunter Valley, you definitely want to leave the car at home for this one. The wine list is exclusive to Busby Bar (fancy) and created to celebrate 200 years of Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens.

You know what this means guys, it’s time to Boomerang your little hearts out, against one of the best photo backdrops in the whole damn world.
