Frosé is the only cocktail you need this summer. We’re serious, it’s about to win over your heart. A genius in New York chucked some Rosé, vermouth and pureed strawberries together and whiz bang whallop: the toast of summer appears. Step aside Aperol, this season your Instagram feed is all about this very adult drink from your childhood.

We’re loving this pretty as a picture drink so damn much that we went on the hunt for Sydney’s best stock of Frosé and have found 3 trendy spots for you to sip the summer away. You heard it here first, #froséfridays are officially a thing and coming to a place near you.

Manly Wine

Manly Beach

Heralding this summer’s trend into the Sydney scene, Manly Wine, situated along the Manly promenade, is known for its year-long summer cocktail list and beached-as vibes. Newly added to this list is the Frosé and we’re welcoming it with open arms. Head on down on a Friday night for a Frosé and a bit of funk, with DJs beach side and $20 Frosé cocktail jugs.

Pelicano

Double Bay

The team at Pelicano in Double Bay know exactly what’s up when they transformed their terrace into an exclusive rose garden fit for all things Frosé. With not one, but two slushie machines, you’ll be spoilt for choice with two different types on offer, one which combines a dry rosé wine, strawberry syrup, watermelon crush and a squeeze of lemon, and the other tasty offering, the lemon Frosé with orange bitters. We can feel the sun already!

O Bar & Dining

CBD

For something a little more special, head to O Bar & Dining for Frosé à la freaking amazing view. Sip an Orchard Fizz over a city skyline, taking the Frosé twist to a new level. Green apple juice, orange marmalade, organic vodka O, Clove and Bergamont Syrup- and Sparking Sangiovese of course, when mixed together this goes down pretty easy, some 47 floors above ground level.
