Sure, we might not necessarily wait all year for The Super Bowl like our American friends do, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get our beer, buffalo wing and boisterous cheer on. Plus, who doesn’t want an excuse to head to the pub at 10am?

And so you don’t have to look far for a comfortable place to drink beer and watch guys who aren’t Tim Riggins (but remind you of him in all his glory), here’s where to watch the 2016 Super Bowl in Sydney.

Chippendale Hotel

Chippendale

When the guys behind Chippendale Hotel welcomed the cheesy goodness of Cheekyburger, everything became right in the world again. And you’ll be even happier to hear that the guys are giving you your Super Bowl day for $60. It will get you a delicious Cheekyburger, fries, wings, and literally bottomless beers. Cheers!

The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room

CBD

Oohhh, bit fancy, aren’t you? Couple of oysters with your football. There’s no wrong way to enjoy this day, so head to The Morrison from 8am (!!!) for buckets of Budweiser, American-style eats and all of those glorious ads to keep you entertained throughout the day. Bottoms up!

The Forresters

Surry Hills

Ahh The Forresters, the place where epic food, lots of beer, and the best bartender banter in town come together like a warm hug. Nab your spot at this Surry Hills pub on Super Bowl Monday and enjoy $5 Budweisers along with something called a corn dog pizza. ‘Murica!

The Dove and Olive

Surry Hills

Your favourite Surry Hills craft beer pub, The Dove and Olive know you like to kick things off early, so they are opening the doors at 9am for the game of the year. There will be six screens, American beer specials, brekkie rolls, hot dogs, and plenty more so you can focus your full attention on the game.

The Oaks Hotel

Neutral Bay

Northside stalwart The Oaks Hotel know how to put on a show… With enormous screens and enough seats for a small army of football lovers. $6 Budweisers is where it’s at on this day, with their delicious food menu available from 10am. Just no throwing burgers when the other team scores, please.

The Light Brigade

Woollahra

The biggest day of the year at this Woollahra institution, The Light Brigade are offering $20 buckets of Budweisers, Bloody Mary cocktails, and a whole lot of American fare to nibble on. You can get your face all saucy from wings while cheering on your team. There will be HD screens, and it all kicks off at 8:30am, because dammit, you should be able to have a hot dog for breakfast!

Harpoon Harry

Surry Hills

You really, really don’t want to miss this one. Never ones to back down from a good challenge, the team at Harpoon Harry will put on a showdown of the chefs while the game is on. Morgan McGlone from Belle’s Hot Chicken, and Monty Koludrovic from Icebergs will go head to head to make you the best damn Super Bowl snacks in town. Think hot smoked wings, buffalo ribs, Carolina chilli dogs, and moonshine shakes. Don’t miss out. Book your spot post haste!

The Oxford Tavern

Petersham

The guys at Oxford Tavern know what you want, and aren’t afraid to give it to you: $5 Budweisers and buffalo chicken ribs while you watch the big game. Everything kicks off at 10am, so you’re going to need to line your stomach.
