If you live in Sydney you probably know there’s a whole underworld sitting right underneath our feet (well, foot path). Contain your excitement you nosy little things, because you’ve just been invited in. Yep, Open Sydney is back for another year and this time you’ll be walking through the St James tunnels, the big Tank Stream stormwater drain under the CBD and so much more.
This is the 13th year of Open Sydney so it’s hardly surprising that they’ve got Sydney covered, with 50 historic buildings opening their doors to the public for two days only. Day one (that’s Saturday 4 November, FYI) is all about the guided tour and you should keep your eyes peeled for tickets here.
On the other hand, Sunday 5 November is more of a choose your own adventure situation and you’ll be left to your own devices to explore. Sounds like a win win to us.
To stay in the loop and to buy tickets the moment they’re released, head here.
