Love.Fish in Barangaroo is where to head in Sydney for seriously delicious food and cocktails that are just as good. Before we dive into the food though, we need to tell you allllll about our favourite thing, the salted macadamia espresso martini. We know.
This beauty is an Australian spin on the old faithful, made with Sesión mocha tequila, Sesión reposed tequila, Dukes espresso, cacao macadamia bitters (we didn’t know it was a thing either) and it’s topped with salted and caramelised macadamia foam. If that doesn’t get you a bit hot under the collar then we don’t know what will.
Already renowned for delicious, fresh, locally-sourced produce in their Rozelle restaurant, Love.Fish is this popular for a very good reason. The menu does not disappoint, with combinations like Hiramasa kingfish Carpaccio with roasted avocado, pickled turnip and pea shoots.
Their focus is on minimising food and oil waste and sourcing sustainable ingredients, in addition to the healthy offerings at Love.Fish, you can be assured that it’ll be a guilt-free experience.
