Nestled behind The Mark Moran complex in Vaucluse, SOL Botanica is the hidden gem where seriously nourishing food is king. When it comes to the perf combo of fresher-than-fresh food, top-notch service and a beautiful dining room, these guys nail it. Their focus is on locally sourced, organic ingredients and if it weren’t so damn tasty, the food would almost be too gorge to eat (we said almost!).
Headed up by Chef Perry Hill, each and every dish strikes a balance between being handmade, healthy and totally Iinsta-worthy. He’s even just bought a farm in regional NSW because he’s that passionate about sustainability and living his farm to table ethos.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it’s never too late to get your hands on some of the sugar-free, gluten-free goodness from this place. It must also be mentioned that all of that goodness extends to the bar. This may have been our favourite part and our top picks were the blackcurrant (Ribena-flavoured) and kombucha cocktails.
