Roll up! Roll up! Truck Stop Deluxe, a new Melbourne burger joint, is opening in Werribee, a stone's throw from Princes Freeway. Some of the brains behind phenomenally successful burger and dessert joints Grand Trailer Park Taverna, Easey's and Dandenong Pavilion have joined forces to bring quality and fun food to outer Melbourne. With a menu of burgers, ice cream sandwiches, shakes and fries, Truck Stop Deluxe is just as its name suggests. The space has been fitted out with truck-cab themed booths and finger lickin’ truck stop food made with fresh, local produce—the burgers are made using freshly minced Victorian beef.
