The verdict
Henry Lee’s is a welcome addition to the newly developed arts and culture precinct of 16 Eveleigh Street Redfern. Joining Cake Wines, Henry Lee’s are masters of flavour, coffee, seasonal produce and sustainable living.
Their dishes are a work of brightly coloured art and we have a feeling that it would be impossible to take a bad photo of their ‘Push the Sky Away’ Porridge (polenta porridge with salted pecan praline, sour poached plums, coconut yoghurt and Urban Beehive thyme infused honey). In fact, we could probably bathe in a big bowl of the stuff on a cold day.
