Located at Crown, Bistro Guillaume is acclaimed chef Guillaume Brahimi's Melbourne outpost. Taking its cues from typical bistros in his native France, Bistro Guillaume is the go-to for quality French food in non-stuffy surroundings.
The chic space includes a large outdoor terrace for al fresco dining, and the signature oversized chef's hat pendant lights ('French petticoats') are a quirky talking point. And are quite apt for the 'Hatted' bistro. The perfect spot for a quick bowl of soup, or a more indulgent special occasion.
