Now, Mörk Chocolate unveils their latest triumph—a cosy new store nestled within the vibrant tapestry of the Queen Victoria Market.

Fans of flavour and seafood feasts, listen up. Louisiana-style Crawfish sensation, The Boiling Crab, is bringing their hands-on dining experience to a brand new location in Melbourne’s CBD.

After Dinner by Heston shut its doors at the beginning of Melbourne’s lockdown, chef Gareth and his partner, Cat, had a lot of time on their hands. Gareth joined the many Melburnians baking their way through isolation, but he and Cat couldn’t eat all the tarts on their own. And so Tarts Anon was born. The business is their side-hustle, but with over 3k followers on Instagram already, these humble desserts are gaining traction. 

The residents of Fitzroy’s Gertrude Street and surrounds quickly became accustomed to picking up their baked goods from the temporary Marion Grocer. Realising it had quickly become a fixture of the cherished culinary strip, restaurateur Andrew McConnell has decided to relocate his grocery, now known as Morning Market, to a permanent locale two doors down.

Olivia Sutton opened her highly acclaimed specialty cheese shop, Harper & Blohm, in 2014 to share her love of cheese with Melbournians. This badass barber shop has brought all the things we love about inner city barbershops to the outer eastern suburbs. Bossman offers a premium barber experience, specializing in trims, shaves and all things dapper. 

We don’t know why, but food just tastes better when it’s served from a truck! Welcome to Thornbury is a permanent food truck park where up to six trucks drive in and cook up a storm each day. The menu depends on their daily schedule (check their website), but we guaranteed it’s always good and regularly features Mr Burger. There’s also an undercover bar, serving a massive range of ciders, wines, craft beers and cocktails to warm your insides.

Any sweet tooth will attest that the logistics of eating a waffle on the go is a lot like attempting to eat your Nonna’s spaghetti with chopsticks. One chopstick. A brilliant Melbourne, waffle-loving duo has the artery-clogging solution: Waffle Pops. Traditional crispy on-the-outside, chewy on-the-inside Belgium waffles are served on a stick and covered in 12 extravagantly sweet toppings. 

As a welcome new addition to Melbourne's already vibrant food truck scene, Super Taco is here to bring some bite back into our Mexican food. Offering a range of tacos with crazy ingredients (including cactus), Super Taco is also serving up a range of tasty sides like charred corn, hand-fried corn chips and chipotle beans. Yes please!

The Daily Food Co. truck, nicknamed Lola, serves up delicious American-style fare from its retro-style horse float. With a menu that includes popcorn chicken, tacos, and one of the most drool-worthy pork sliders we've encountered in a looooong time, this Melbourne food truck isn't for the faint-hearted. We've heard that they also team up with BBQ legends The Gem for delicious meaty specials—check the Daily Food Co.'s Facebook page for details and expect lip-smacking food that beats most trucks around. 

Currently located in Fitzroy, The Voodoo Jerk Truck serves up some of the most delicious Jamaican food in Melbourne from its back-alley kitchen. Twinned with Pixel Alley, the truck itself is hidden from the main strip of Smith Street, making it an awesome foodie hidden treasure to take your mates to. As for the must-try? Jerk chicken every time!

One of Melbourne’s favourite food trucks, Nuoc Mama's serves up contemporary Vietnamese street food perfect for every outdoor event! It’s no wonder Melburnians go stalking after one of this city’s best trucks, with modern Banh Mi, Kim Chi fries and spicy chicken just some of the mouth-watering bites on offer. 

Melbourne food truck Soul Kitchen serves up some of the best wholesome soul food and coffee in Melbourne (provided by St. Ali) from its converted Volkswagen camper van. You'll be able to find them at events throughout venues, as well as book them for your own private soul food party. Winner!

Sliders are basically the greatest thing ever, and there's no better place to get them than one of Melbourne's best food trucks, Sliders on Tyres. Brunswick Backyard in East Brunswick is the latest venture from the team behind awesome Fitzroy restaurant Hammer & Tong. Brunswick Backyard plays host to the Hammer & Tong food truck every weekend in a permanent outdoor dining space that comes complete with a delicious new menu. Order the croque champignon—essentially a posh toasted sandwich—and you won't be disappointed!

Round the Way bagels are hitting the spot with Melburnians. This snazzy food truck is bringing New York street food to hungry Aussies, with delicious inventions like the Chan Chan Bagel Burger, featuring chicken breast marinated in spiced Cuban rum. Also offering a range of cheeky macarons, coffee and cupcakes, Round the Way ticks all the boxes for your hunger, caffeine, or sweet tooth cravings!

This snazzy 1960s Airstream trailer has been converted into a mobile pizza purveyor, and we’re loving Happy Camper Pizza's simple but quality pizza offering! Traditional style to more inventive pizzas are on offer. We’re licking our lips over the fig and proscuitto pizza with gorgonzola, béchamel, rocket and balsamic. As well as being totally mobile, the Happy Camper crew are pretty versatile, and happy to cater for your next function too.

The Mr Burger Food Truck brings the epicness that is Mr Burger to the streets. Visiting regular spots such as the Yarraville Gardens, Fed Square and Bowen Crescent in Melbourne, the mobile meat machine is a hit wherever it goes. KFC as it should be—Korean Fried Chicken! And even better, it’s in truck form! The Korean Fried Chicken Truck is a mobile wonderland serving up chicken burgers, wings and more! The Ghost Kitchen is an emerging food truck that we’re a little bit in love with. It’s something different on the streets of Melbourne, dishing up delightful Taiwanese street snacks, such as spring onion pancakes, guo bao (slow cooked pork belly bun) and salt n’ pepper popcorn chicken. Deliciously naughty street food, just the way we like it!

Vietnamese street food where it belongs, on the streets where the hungry hoards await! Nem N’ Nem food truck is a regular at Yarraville Gardens, and sells delicious hawker-style Viet treats. Think beef in betel leaves, or even Vietnamese tacos!
