Just in time for summer escapes and post-lockdown wedding plans, the team behind Bannisters has revealed The Jackson Ranch—a stunning new property on the NSW South Coast slated to open in December 2021.

Hidden within 37 acres of peaceful natural forest at Bawley Point, the aesthetic of the ranch has been inspired by Montana. So yes, you can live out all of your best Yellowstone dreams, while you soak up the serenity of the glorious Australian bush and the South Coast's pristine beaches.

Nestled around Lake Willinga, Jackson Ranch is perfect for weddings and group getaways, with accommodation for up to 30 across five renovated cabins, as well as a 120sqm event space and two bars for pre and post-wedding celebrations.

Of the cabins, The Homestead is the largest, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully serviced kitchen and living and dining area. It also features a fireplace, sunny deck, and—so fancy—a private dam and pontoon.

The Hideaway Cabin has three bedrooms, can sleep six, and also features an outdoor bathroom, because there's truly no better way to enjoy nature than soaking in an outdoor tub.  Finally, the one-bedroom Lakeview Cabins, as their name would suggest, have pretty views across  Lake Willinga.

Just 30 minutes from Mollymook and a stone's throw from the region's pristine beaches, The Jackson Ranch is a picture-perfect bush-to-beach experience. Being so close to Mollymook also means you're close to Bannisters—and you will be able to enjoy priority bookings at Rick Stein restaurant, Bannisters Pool Bar, or Pavilion Rooftop.

Jackson Ranch will open from Thursday 23 December and is now taking bookings. Head here for more.
