Bake & Play Terms And Conditions

Betty Crocker and Urban List Bake & Play Event at The Deck Kids | Terms & Conditions 

It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to the booking of tickets. By booking a ticket(s) to this event, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.  If you require additional clarification of the Terms and Conditions, please contact us via koconnell@theurbanlist.com.

Promoter:     Urban List Pty Ltd ATF The Urban List Trust 

Host:         The Deck Brighton / JBS Hospitality Group

Event:         Betty Crocker, Bake and Play     

Attendees:    Parents, Guardians and children attending the Event

 

The Host agrees to facilitate the food, venue and entertainment for the Event at The Deck Brighton on the below dates for 2 x 45 minute sessions per day:

Sunday 28 May, 1-1:45pm and 2:15-3pm

Sunday 4 June, 10-10:45am and 11:15-12pm

Sunday 11 June, 10-10:45am and 11:15-12pm

Sunday 18 June, 10-10:45am and 11:15-12pm

 

Conditions of Entry

Tickets must be booked via the Host’s website prior to the Event (free with RSVP). If spots are available, we will be taking walk-ins on the day, and these terms will still apply to all guests upon entry.

All child(ren) in attendance must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times throughout the event.  The health and safety of the child(ren) attending is entirely the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian present at the Event.  The Host will ensure that all kid safety requirements are adhered to for the duration of the Event. 

Attendees will have access to the Event for 45 minutes per session. 

Parents and/or guardians present will have the choice to consent to polaroid photographs being taken of the child(ren) in their care present. All photographs taken will be given to the parent and/or guardian present immediately and will not be reproduced. 

Attendees are able to take their own photographers but strictly only of the child(ren) in their care. 

Attendees will adhere to all health and wellbeing guidelines in place at the Event to minimise the transmission of any infection.

 

Preparation of Food & Allergens

The Host confirms they are compliant with food safety and lawful to operate a food business and will conduct food testing prior to the Event. The Host agrees to confirm all allergens present in the kitchen.  

The Promoter will provide a full list of allergens present in the food items upon arrival at the Event. A disclaimer regarding consumption of any food taken from the Event will be provided by the Host. 

The Host confirms that all care is taken when catering for special requirements. It must be noted that within their premises, nuts, seafood, shellfish, sesame seeds, wheat, flour, eggs, fungi and dairy products are handled. While attendees' requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian present. 

Additional allergens may also contain milk, wheat, gluten, sesame, soy, peanuts, and nuts.

Important: children less than 4 years have limited chewing ability and could choke on small pieces.
