URBAN LIST x CITY 2 SURF COOL DOWN KICK ONS EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Urban List x C2S Cool Down Kick Ons Event ("Event") organised by [Urban List Pty Ltd] ("Organiser") and New Balance (“Sponsor”) at Bondi Hardware (“Venue”). By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms: 

Ticketing and Admission

  1. To attend the event, attendees must register and pay through the Bondi Hardware event page created by the Organiser and Venue.

  2. The Organiser and Venue reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant at their discretion.

  3. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Code of Conduct

  1. The event is strictly for attendees who are 18 years and over. Attendees must present valid photo identification to verify age upon entry. 

  2. All participants are expected to maintain proper conduct throughout the Event. Any form of aggressive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

  3. Participants must comply with all instructions given by Event staff and officials.

Health and Safety

  1. The Organiser promotes responsible drinking. 

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

  3. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the Event.  

  4. In case of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of Event staff and emergency services.

Liability

  1. Attendees enter the Event at their own risk. 

  2. The Organiser, Venue, and Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the Event.

Photography and Filming

  1. By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In such cases, participants may be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, at the discretion of the Organiser.

  2. No refunds will be offered for those who can no longer attend.

By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
