URBAN LIST x SKODA DAY FOR A DETOUR DEALS

 TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Urban List x Skoda Day For A Detour Deals ("activation") organised by [Urban List Pty Ltd] ("Organiser") and Skoda  (“Sponsor”). By registering for and attending the activation, you agree to comply with these Terms: 

Redemptions

To redeem the deals for the activation, attendees must mention the phrase ‘Let’s Explore’ at participating venues.

The Organiser confirms that the deals are only available during the following dates:

QLD: Saturday 14th September – Sunday 29th September 

VIC: Saturday 21st September –Friday 11th October

WA: Saturday 21st September – Friday 11th October

NSW: Saturday 28th September – Friday 11th October

The deals are limited within a specific budget and are subject to availability. If stocks run out, the participating venues are not liable to provide the attendee with an alternative offer

The Venue is responsible for informing the Organiser promptly when the deal budget is nearing exhaustion to ensure clear communication with attendees regarding availability.

Liability

Attendees participate in the activation at their own risk.

The Organiser and Sponsor are responsible for managing the activation and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and safety guidelines.

The Venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the activation, including but not limited to any claims related to deal availability or promotional activities conducted by the Organiser or Sponsor.

The Venue is not responsible for controlling or ensuring the availability of the offers once the allocated budget for the deal has been exhausted.

Cancellation 

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the activation for any reason.

By attending the activation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
