The Verdict

Despite what the name may suggest, there were no clams in sight at The Bearded Clam food truck—let alone bearded ones. In fact, The Bearded Clam specialises in lip-smacking burgers that will have you coming back for more. Their burgers are layered with beef brisket, American cheese, free-range bacon and often pack a punch with ingredients such as jalapeños, chipotle mayo and spicy cayenne mustard.
