Celeb chef Nic Watt was on to the good thing when he opened MASU Japanese bar and restaurant in the Federal Street dining precinct. At the heart of MASU is a robata grill. Here, the contemporary Japanese dishes are cooked in a traditional style over the hot coals of the grill and served up right before your eyes. The menu includes a selection of smaller dishes designed to be shared with mates and dates.
