First launching as a food truck, Nitro Cow has now set up a permanent home in Takapuna! Taking the world of gelato very, very seriously, they serve up made-to-order creations using the powers of liquid nitrogen. Enjoy irresistible flavours like salted caramel, peanut butter and jelly as well as s'mores. Each creation is then flash-frozen for your eating pleasure. Don't miss the Insta-famous Dragon's Breath—liquid nitrogen gelato balls which, when eaten, dissolve into a breath of 'smoke'.
